HOSOI 2019 PLASTIC
by Fucking Young!
Life in plastic, it’s fantastic.

Creative directors Israel Cascón and Andrés Sierra are back with the 7th collection of HOSOI, a tribute to plastic, from the “Barbie Girl” song by Aqua to “the Plastics crew” from Mean Girls movie. HOSOI pays homage to everything artificial with technical fabrics and oversize shirts that are outlined under the lighting of the Giallo cinema, a pioneer in generating a debate about misogyny in the genre.
The Spanish brand was born in Madrid in 2014, Israel and Andres are coming from different branches of design and architecture, from their union arise a new proposal based on prints and provocation as a means of artistic expression. The own prints and an urban style of 100% Spanish make HOSOI an easily recognizable brand, with an energetic imaginary away from established labels.
The campaign starred Valeria Vegas and Arvi Karvinen captured by Jordi Chicletol and art directed by Danidevito Studio and Vito Montolio.
