Japanese fashion house Comme Des Garçons is pulling double duty this week in terms of launches, as in addition to presenting its first “Made in Italy” handbag collection, it has unveiled its collaboration with Denim Tears, the brand founded by Tremaine Emory.

The launch comes on the occasion of the opening of the African Diaspora Goods store and is composed of a small selection of wallets that stand out for their different and fun prints in the shape of the Union Jack and stars, among others, and for the vibrant colours with which they are made.

Rounding off the Comme Des Garçons and Denim Tears project is American rapper A$AP Nast, who stars in the collaboration’s campaign, available for purchase from 19th April at Denim Tears and African Diaspora Goods store in New York, as well as at all Dover Street Market locations.
