The exhibition has been organized by 10-Corso-Como and curated by Alessio de′ Navasques – curator and professor of Fashion Archives at the Sapienza University of Rome – and through it a journey through some of Yamamoto’s most iconic catwalk pieces alongside more recent and future ones. Yohji is a designer known for his aesthetic and distintive imagery and for having challenged, throughout his career, the conventions of fashion, redefining beauty and subverting stereotypes in search of a new geography of the body and a universal silhouette.

We won’t tell you more because it’s better if you discover it for yourselves. Now, take note of the date and the place where the Yohji Yamamoto exhibition will be for a while: 16 May – 31 July 2024 in the luminous and renovated industrial-style gallery of 10-Corso-Como (Corso Como, 10 – Milano – Italy).

Don’t miss it!
