The MEI KAWA Fall/Winter 2014 campaign is an exquisite, unusual example of fashion photography. Péter Puklus, Hungarian artist, photographed himself with his mother along for the MEI KAWA FW14 campaign, which gives an unexpected interpretation for the clothes.

Puklus is interested in documenting his loved ones and a photographing method, which requires trust and intimacy by revealing the nature of his relationships. In the campaign he applied a very similar method although it is less of a confession and more of a role-play. Featuring the photographer’s mother the brand made a clear decision about its target audience and besides of the unisex pieces the designer is more and more concerned with the ageless tailoring solutions.
