September was the month chosen by Timberland and A-COLD-WALL* to unveil their second Future73 capsule collection.

In it, two of the footwear brand’s most iconic silhouettes have been reimagined, including the Premium 6-inch boot, which arrives in a new high-quality jet black regenerative leather with a clean, minimalist design dominated by a zip fastening and lugged outsole for traction; and the GORE-TEX Heritage 3-Eye Lug boot in sapphire black, weather resistant and fully ergonomic, just like the first model mentioned. In addition to these two styles, the capsule comes with a set of garments that reflect the visions of the parties involved. Our favourite? The Chore coat, hand-painted with various pigments to make it a unique piece.

Samuel Ross, founder and creative director of ACW is considered one of today’s most avant-garde designers. His futuristic vision of the fashion world has led him to become one of the most notorious of his style. As an involved part of the collection, he commented: “This collection symbolises the return of craftsmanship, of family workshops and the notion of apprenticeship, which must be protected. That’s why we have decided to manufacture a large part of this capsule in Italy and through manual techniques that cannot be done any other way“.

The second capsule collection from Timberland and A-COLD-WALL* is now available for purchase. You can do so through Timberland’s website, in their physical stores, or in selected retail stores around the world.
