Burberry Spring 2025
by Gabriel Córdoba Acosta
Burberry – the renowned British fashion house now creatively directed by Daniel Lee – is kicking off the month of June by presenting its Spring 2025 collection of clothing and accessories.
Unveiled in a lookbook, the line consists of 57 looks, 26 of which are menswear. As can be seen in the images, Daniel has again opted to continue to patent the classic but modern style that characterises him so well. For its development, Lee has been researching the house’s archive and mixing it with his modern influences. This mixture seems to be one of the keys to his success and the reasons why he is considered one of the designers of the decade.
The wardrobe for men proposed by the Briton is an all-rounder, made up of timeless pieces in rich materials such as leather zip-up jackets; workwear or athleisure wear to hit the pavement at any time, whether in the form of trousers with pockets and zips, short-sleeved shirts or football polo shirts; and a small range of perfectly structured seventies-style suits, with double-breasted blazers and slightly flared trousers, in striped fabrics.
Of course, in this proposal, there is no lack of the house’s well-known check pattern, reflected in all kinds of garments like coats and jackets, shirts, trousers, and even bags, presented on this occasion in a large model with a handle to carry it over the shoulder. The field of accessories of this type is also covered by other models such as the square-shaped leather bag – available in various colours, and the circular one; as well as footwear, where various models of shoes can be found, most of them with thick, rounded toecaps and in leather.
