Meatballs and Mash: Sneakersnstuff x Timberland
by Adriano Batista
Sneakersnstuff and Timberland have teamed up to create a new version of the classic Euro Hiker boot. This special edition, called “Meatballs and Mash,” is a Swedish twist on Timberland’s famous “Beef and Broccoli” colorway.

To promote the collaboration, Sneakersnstuff worked with New York-based creative Waqas Ghani. Ghani cast producer and DJ Yazmine Rosario and recording artist Mid-Nite to star in the campaign. The photos were taken at Sauce Restaurant in the Lower East Side of New York City, where Mid-Nite ordered Meatballs and Mash to complete the look.
The “Meatballs and Mash” Euro Hiker is made with nylon ripstop and suede materials in cream and brown tones. The green laces and red heel tab add a pop of color, referencing lingonberries and pressed cucumber, common side dishes with Swedish meatballs. The boot also features co-branded logos on the tongue, ankle, sidewall, and insole, as well as a grippy rubber outsole.
Johan Undén, Creative Director at Sneakersnstuff, said, “Timberland already served you the famous Beef and Broccoli. Now it’s time to taste the Swedish Meatballs and Mash. Our recipe for the Euro Hiker is cooked the traditional way; guaranteed fresh with hints of gravy, lingonberries, and pressed cucumber. You’re welcome!”
