The AMIRI Prize: Illuminating Fashion’s Avant-Garde Icons of Tomorrow
by Adriano B.
Igniting a trailblazing legacy after its triumphant debut in 2021, The AMIRI Prize, an avant-garde fashion accolade and incubator, returns in 2023 as a beacon of inclusivity within an industry ripe for transformation. This award celebrates emerging talents from the world of fashion and its adjacent fields, amplifying their voices to shape a future defined by purpose, individuality, and unrivaled flair. With founder Mike Amiri at the helm, The AMIRI Prize empowers those creatives whose extraordinary journey mirrors his own unconventional path, creating a support system outside the confines of an often-elusive establishment.
“We started with nothing—no industry connections, no endorsements, no gimmicks, and no financial backers. We simply believed in ourselves and knew that exceptional work would inevitably demand recognition. Today’s world offers boundless opportunities for you and your dreams. The antiquated gatekeepers are no longer relevant. I am living proof of this, and you can achieve it too. All you need is the audacity to try.” – Mike Amiri
