As an ode to community, British designer Nicholas Daley presents the short film “Return to Slygo“. Directed by award-winning filmmaker Akinola Davis Jr, the film captures a musical interchange between Black British artists spanning both generations and disciplines.
The short film is part of Nicholas Daley’s multi-sensory exhibition at NOW gallery, on view until 4th July. The limited edition of Return to Slygo zine is now available at nicholasdaley.net with all proceeds to be donated to grassroots music charity Tomorrow’s Warriors.
The offering is relaxed yet polished. It includes rugby shirts, lightweight shell jackets, and everyday T-shirts that speak to the brand’s modern-prep influences.
