ATXI SS24 Backstage!

Upcoming French designer, 26-year-old Guillaume Hiriart Carriat, founded ATXI, pronounced “Atchi” meaning “Papy” in Basque, with the intention of fostering tradition within his family and bringing innovative new ideas to the family’s traditional leather goods house that expanded into fashion having been relaunched and renamed in 2021.
Atxi’s designs include detailed stitching and silhouettes that flashback to past decades from the 50s to the 90s. The minimalism throughout this collection captures the feel of a multigenerational fashion in a timeless manner, protecting his intention to uphold the family tradition. This collection features clean, crisp looks that anyone could wear.
The blues and whites throughout this collection create a strong coastal feel, which is a nod to the childhood memories Carriat had from the port of St Jean de Luz and the Fronton de Guethary. The featured looks can be incorporated into daily summer life while playing tennis, walking around town, and creating art. Carriat successfully curated cool, classic looks for his new Atxi collection.
