Ukrainian Fashion Week SS25 Backstage!
by Adriano Batista
Ukrainian Fashion Week made a triumphant return to Kyiv this season, marking a significant moment for the country’s fashion industry. The event, which took place amidst the ongoing Russian invasion, served as a symbol of resilience, survival, and hope for Ukraine.
Around 50 Ukrainian brands, including RUSLAN BAGINSKIY, LITKOVSKA, FROLOV, BOBKOVA, PASKAL, NADYA DZYAK, TG Botanical, the COAT, GASANOVA, GUNIA Project, and KSENIASCHNAIDER, united in support of the event, showcasing their latest Spring/Summer 2025 collections in a variety of formats.
Our photographer, Liza Prykhodko, went backstage to capture some of our favorite menswear looks from the runway. The images showcase the creativity, innovation, and spirit of Ukrainian fashion designers, who have persevered through adversity to continue their work.
