For those who are planning to spend a few days on the Côte d’Azur this summer, this news is of interest, as French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, founder and creative director of the eponymous brand, has opened a popular café and brasserie called La Renaissance, located next to the Place des Lices in Saint Tropez.

It will be one of the seaside town’s hotspots, where you can meet up with friends to enjoy a good meal or drink from chefs Ella Affalo and Ana Maria Cadena while letting the sun do its thing. If there is one thing that makes La Renaissance stand out, it is its decoration, in which yellow and stripes are the clear protagonists and the ones in charge of colouring umbrellas and sun loungers.

Complementing the Jacquemus restoration experience is the company’s own pop-up, featuring the collections “Les Rayures”, the latest Spring collection, and “Les Sculptures”.
