Without setting a precedent, DSQUARED2 – Italian luxury brand founded by the Canadian twins Dean and Dan Caten – has put its sexy and fun spirit on the back burner to give way to sobriety and elegance, represented above all through the classic masculine tailoring and designed to be worn by a senior executive who goes to his daily meetings with his briefcase or large bag, but when he finishes them, he replaces it with a more daring one, where necklines, transparencies, velvet or satin come into play. This, and more, has been seen in the Pre-Fall 2025 collection, recently unveiled in a lookbook.

By more, it refers to the college/preppy style so well interpreted by the designers. This time, that style materialises in the shape of jackets, trench coats, knitted sweaters, and accessories and footwear such as brown bags that go by the name of ‘twin’, striped ties, hats, and oxford shoes or hiking boots, giving a special touch to the look.
