Carlo Pignatelli Fall/Winter 2015 Lookbook
by Luca Imbimbo

The refined, understated image of the Carlo Pignatelli man seeks to approach Fall/Winter 2015 with a sophisticated aplomb which gains expression in a classy and exclusive collection.
The ensembles that make up the range are marked by the use of extremely elegant, sought-after fabrics and an underlying evening dress feel, which together become the embodiment of an absolutely unique couture spirit.
The undisputable protagonist is the texture of the fabrics, which plays with versatility and covers a number of different inspirations in its expressions – relief, jacquard, reps and flocking. The maison’s tuxedo is an authentic and classic must-have for the season and comes in unusual combinations enriched by embroidery, Swarovski and sequin appliqués, with contrasting effects on the lapels.
The new it-piece is the patterned waistcoat , with ton sur ton or matching accessories and pocket square, an absolute essential.
The details underline a definite taste for luxury that is understated yet stylish.
A varied colour palette, with an intense, classic feel, stems from black and moves into dark blues, midnight blues, deep purple, anthracite grey and in silver.
