AFT-R Barcelona launches “Solemates”, its new line of genderless heeled boots
by Adriano B.
AFT-R BARCELONA, a genderless shoe brand created in Barcelona in 2019 by Eric Turró and Alejandra Conesa, has always been known for advocating inclusion and diversity through footwear. Coinciding with its third anniversary, the project expands its family of products by adding the genderless high-heeled boot to its offer.
SOLEMATES is a metamorphosis of the first platforms of its first capsule, introducing a new product category: the heeled boot in two styles. True to its genderless design, SOLEMATES is AFT-R Barcelona’s commitment to its clients: to accompany the person who identifies with its design in the adventure of daring to BE. An ode to femininity and masculinity that coexist within each person.
AFT-R Barcelona has always been a project that goes beyond footwear and for this reason, they want there to be personal and ethical values of equality and respect associated with wearing AFT-R Barcelona. At the design level, comfort, lightness and height (8cm heel and 3cm platform) are again strong values of the two designs that make up SOLEMATES. The characteristic wave of the first platforms of AFT-R Barcelona reappears in the cane of the boots. In addition, in some models, the iconic flames are applied that continue to shine and empower with the same intensity.
With the new high-heeled boots, AFT-R Barcelona continues to offer a wide range of sizes in all models and a Made-in-Spain production.
