AMIRI Tailors a New Era for FC Barcelona
by Adriano Batista
AMIRI has become the official formalwear partner for the soccer team FC Barcelona. This partnership connects the world of luxury fashion with high-performance sport. It links a modern luxury house with a club that has 125 years of history, showing a respect for tradition alongside a focus on the future.

The core of the collaboration is custom tailoring. AMIRI will create suits for all players on the men’s and women’s teams, as well as for the club’s executives. The designs draw directly from the team’s famous colors, blue and garnet.

For the Winter season, a deep navy blue is the primary color. The collection includes precisely tailored overcoats and jackets. The men’s jackets are double-breasted, while the women’s are single-breasted. These are paired with gently flared trousers in a white-on-navy pinstripe wool.

The Summer collection reinterprets an iconic AMIRI blouson, giving it a shirt collar and rendering it in pinstripe. Lightweight knits with the AMIRI monogram and FC Barcelona embroidery complete the warm-weather wardrobe.
“Soccer and fashion share a spirit, born from passion, precision, and creativity. Each is about mastering your craft and expressing who you are through movement and form. Partnering with FC Barcelona lets AMIRI reflect that same pursuit of excellence through our tailoring. This collaboration with Barça is a celebration, of shared values.” – Mike Amiri

The partnership is presented as a creative exchange. In sports, the athletes are the stars, a role similar to the Hollywood figures who have long inspired the brand. This collaboration will debut for the Winter 2025 season.
