Moncler & Billionaire Boys Club partner on Special Edition Collection for FW23
by Adriano Batista

Pharrell Williams’ brand, the Billionaire Boys Club, is teaming up with Moncler for a collaboration set to drop on August 15th.
Marking its 20th anniversary in style, BBC and Moncler unite their design prowess, seamlessly blending Italian opulence with the cutting-edge spirit of contemporary street fashion.

The Moncler x Billionaire Boys Club collection unveils an array of outerwear and lightweight layers, thoughtfully crafted to showcase Moncler’s signature aesthetics harmoniously intertwined with bespoke BBC motifs adorning every piece.
A fresh emblematic logo takes center stage, seamlessly melding Moncler’s elegant lettering with BBC’s iconic astronaut symbol. Among the standout pieces, an opulent Melton wool varsity jacket boasts down-filled warmth, accentuated by BBC’s reflective embroidery and Nappa lambskin leather sleeves. The collection also boasts a puffer jacket, its sleeves and hood easily removable, elegantly stamped with BBC’s unmistakable Diamond & Dollar print.

Beyond outerwear, the ensemble encompasses a luxurious wool-cashmere blend knit sweater flaunting Milano stitch elbow patches, a crewneck tee in supple cotton jersey, and a laid-back hoodie featuring felted logos from both BBC and Moncler. Completing the lineup are track pants featuring sleek nylon knee patches, practical zippered pockets, and elastic cuffs for a contemporary finish.

Intricately weaving accessories into the narrative, the Moncler x Billionaire Boys Club venture introduces a fine wool jacquard knit beanie adorned with the distinctive Diamonds & Dollar motif. The collaboration extends to footwear, as BBC offers its distinctive take on Moncler’s Trailgrip Après boots, seamlessly blending Vibram MEGAGRIP rubber compound tread with a GORE-TEX waterproof membrane.

Adding a dynamic visual element, the Moncler x Billionaire Boys Club campaign features the musical duo Clipse—both Pusha-T and No Malice—sporting capsule pieces within an icy realm, set against larger-than-life Diamond & Dollars props.
