Hazzys By JD.COM Spring/Summer 2020
by Chidozie Obasi
Hazzys launched its Spring/Summer 2020 collection at London Fashion Week, in collaboration with JD.com and the British Fashion Council. Curated and designed by Haizhen Wang, the collection reflects upon British Heritage and style, crafted through impeccable quality and craftsmanship. The brand, founded in 2000, creates collections for consumers in pursuit of a sophisticated and urban lifestyle. Entitled “Back To London”, the collection is imbued with these ideals of British style and luxury, with garments that are simultaneously edgy and elegant. London-based designer Haizen Wang is revered for his pioneering designs that skillfully blend traditional and contemporary tastes. Subtle and edgy, Wang strikes the perfect balance between tailoring and classic kinematics, affording movement and stability, with immaculate cuts which serve as a perfect match to Hazzy’s refined style. Tailoring was paramount: spanning from jackets, trench coats, chic polo shirts, and flamboyant collars to accessories, the choice is plenty. Hazzys collection is a stunning translation of the memories of British seasonal transformations, adding modernity and practicality to tradition.
