Willy Chavarria and Kendrick Lamar present their joint collaboration
by Gabriel Córdoba Acosta

Shortly after the successful debut of Mexican-American designer Willy Chavarria at Paris Fashion Week, it has been unveiled the limited-edition sportswear collaboration he has been working on for months with hit rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Chavarria’s new work is linked to Lamar’s upcoming Super Bowl performance and inspired by the millions of fans he amasses. In developing the items that make up the release, not only the two parties mentioned above were involved, but also the NFL. Together they have created what is undoubtedly the most coveted piece of the launch, the satin jacket with balloon sleeves and embroidery on the chest area.
Rounding out this garment, which has generated incessant bidding from streetwear and music lovers, is a selection of hoodies and t-shirts with graphics by Felipe Merida, and mesh drawstring shorts.

Willy Chavarria x Kendrick Lamar collection is now available online for purchase. If you’re planning to get your hands on any of it, you’d better do it now, otherwise it will all be sold out. The proceeds from respective sales will be donated to organizations and people affected by the fires in Los Angeles.
