Thom Browne celebrates its twentieth anniversary by publishing a fashion book

Twenty years in the fashion industry doesn’t just happen, especially in this era, when every day is a challenge. American designer Thom Browne can boast of having achieved this with his eponymous brand, revered by many of the most reputable critics. To celebrate this success, Thom and his team have decided to publish their first fashion book, made in collaboration with Phaidon and designed by Ima Boom.
The volume begins with an introduction written by Andrew Bolton, the designer’s business partner, which examines Browne’s career and his distinctive design ideology. This is followed by over 420 pages reviewing Thom’s two decades in the business, as well as a selection of photographs of runway models and others specially commissioned by Johnny Dufort. And if that wasn’t enough, it also includes more than 40 fold-outs, with special attention to detail, and a few other things, but you’d better buy the book and see it in person.
Mark this date on the calendar because that’s when the Thom Browne book will be released: October 25th, 2023. On that day for $150 you will be able to buy it. In the meantime, if you can’t wait a couple of months and are a bit lucky, you might be able to get your hands on one of the signed copies that are already available in limited quantities at the Phaidon website.
