RIO‘s latest collection, unveiled at LilliStar in Williamsburg, is a testament to the brand’s journey and a celebration of diverse cultures. Founder Rio Uribe’s personal experiences and travels have deeply influenced this collection, resulting in a unique blend of streetwear, traditional aesthetics, and contemporary design.

Drawing inspiration from his travels, Uribe incorporates elements of traditional Chola styles from Bolivia. Voluminous skirts in rich jewel tones of magenta and teal embody a sense of pride and strength, redefining femininity in a modern context.

To balance the global influences, the collection also features classic tailoring inspired by Paris and New York. Sharp black blazers and crisp white shirts bring a timeless elegance to the pieces, while still maintaining RIO’s signature gender-fluid aesthetic.
