Prada Holiday 2023 Campaign
by Adriano Batista
In a world that never seems to stop, Prada brings us a moment of serenity, an intimate celebration, and a private world with its Holiday 2023 campaign. It’s all about amplifying the holiday magic through the narrative of an impossible journey within your own personal sphere.

Captured through the lens of Willy Vanderperre, this campaign stars Damson Idris and Louis Partridge – each in their own little world. The concept here is both literal and ideological: the sparkling spheres they sit in become flying capsules, private shuttles, metaphorical vehicles to abstract and intimate destinations.

Behind them, the cosmic landscape blurs the lines between past and future, memory and anticipation. The checkered marble floor, the same one that graces the historic Prada boutique opened in 1913 in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, extends into deep space, a panorama adorned with glittering stars captured through telescopic images. The prospect of an entire galaxy waiting to be explored feeds the sense of anticipation, much like a gift waiting to be unwrapped.
It’s a holiday celebration that goes beyond the ordinary, offering an escape within and beyond our imagination.
