Niløs is the non-gendered line from the design team of Japanese avant-garde pioneers Julius. Its proposal for Spring/Summer 2020 is titled “Dark Rhizome” inspired by darkness, some kind of pessimistic nostalgia and the dark web. The lookbook was captured by Piczo and styled by Tatsuya Shimada.

The collections symbolize that darkness residing on the vast web and implement a function as a protective coat against it. Jesse Draxler visual collaboration this season deconstructs this darkness. Jesse combines found photos and abstract painting to create dark and visceral imagery. His commissions include The New York Times, Nine Inch Nails and Daughters and we are excited to announce his takeover for the NILØS SS20 collection’s graphic prints.
