Mr P. Launches Spring 2024 Collection
by Adriano Batista
Mr P. has unveiled its latest collection for Spring 2024, featuring a range of stylish and durable pieces made from more responsible materials and processes. The collection, which will be available on MR PORTER from 19 February, showcases Mr P.’s commitment to delivering collections that are designed with longevity in mind, without compromising on quality or style.

The spring 2024 collection offers luxury seasonal staples across ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear, with new and hero styles updated with refined details and silhouettes. The collection is produced using the finest responsible fabrics, such as traceable linen, certified cotton and wools, and leathers sourced from accredited tanneries. The collection also employs elevated construction techniques that complement each design and extend the garment’s lifespan, such as Columbia stitching on jackets to reinforce linings and topstitching on trousers to provide added durability.
The collection draws inspiration from iconic cultural references and artistic figureheads, such as the book Take Ivy, which captures the preppy style of Ivy League students in the 1960s, and the paintings and work of renowned American artist Alice Neel, which influenced the collection’s colour palette and use of print and texture. The collection features hand-painted bespoke prints across shirts and swimwear, textural free-flowing stripes on shirting and polos, and cotton-terry fabric used for crochet-knit cardigans, T-shirts and polos. The collection also includes varsity jackets, relaxed tailoring, checked shirts and jackets, knitted polo shirts and cardigans, reflecting the preppy influences of the collection.
Tailoring is a huge focus of the collection, with the introduction of new elevated suiting for all summer occasions. The collection offers two crease-resistant suits ideal for traveling, a Japanese cotton and nylon-blend black suit with a relaxed crisp handle, a double-breasted wool-mohair suit in ecru, and two wool, linen and silk-blend suits in a renowned Loro Piana fabric rendered in a khaki and electric-blue colorway. The collection also features a range of double- and single-breasted linen suits in a warm, neutral color palette of pink, ecru, black and navy. The trousers are available in both a drawstring and flat-waistband finish, enabling customers to customize their looks.
Footwear is another key category of the collection, driven by classic styles such as Derby shoes and loafers. For this season, Mr P. more than doubles its loafer offering by introducing a new range of easy slip-on and lace-up lightweight styles with deck and rubber graduated soles. Footwear highlights include the black and white Jacques loafer, suede sandals reimagined in ultra-fine padded suede, leather and suede-mix sneakers and Derby shoes.
