L’ORIGINE started with the two founders Dyllan Ahinful and Jeffrey Mensah. Two best friends, two different characters, but one collective goal: to bring an extraordinary brand into the fashion world, which represents the origin of their story in contemporary creative men’s apparel.
With this collection L’ORIGINE aims to portray how opposites, like complementary colors can look good or how black people and white people look good together. L’ORIGINE wants to show that all opposites are actually each other’s halves and when they come together they empower each other.
Every Picture has it’s own title as L’ORIGINE was also very much inspired by the impressionism movement and painters like Monet in picking their colors and creating the set for the lookbook. The set has a transparent canvas as a background. This symbolizes no prejudice, everything should be open and clear for everyone.
