Amsterdam’s Daily Paper has teamed up with Oakley to reimagine the Gascan sunglasses. This collaboration fuses Oakley’s athletic heritage with Daily Paper’s Afro-Futurist vision.

The Gascan, first released in the early 2000s, was an eyewear hit with its angular, high-wrap design. Daily Paper’s reinterpretation sharpens its edge, infusing the silhouette with the brand’s community-driven aesthetic.

Fronting the campaign is Djibril Cissé, the French footballer whose fearless personal style made him a fashion icon during his 2006 Oakley partnership. His return as the face of this collaboration underscores its ethos: performance with purpose, heritage with forward motion.
