Canada Goose and KidSuper present collaboration together
by Gabriel Córdoba Acosta
In mid-January, during Paris Fashion Week, American designer Colm Dillane’s latest proposal for KidSuper, the clothing and accessories brand of which he is the founder and creative director, was presented.
Number 17 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière was witness to the impressive evolution that the brand has undergone in recent times, both in terms of business and design, but also to the official launch of its collaboration with Canada Goose, as some of the models that comprise it were seen for the first time on the catwalk.
The partnership is part of Dillane’s long-standing relationship with the NBA and involves a third party, Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Together they have developed the limited edition capsule collection, which is inspired by the outdoors and the activities that can be enjoyed, and fuses art with culture and sport.
What is Canada Goose x KidSuper made up of? Mainly outerwear, with a maximalist and fun style (in true Colm’s style), but with CG’s characteristic silhouettes. Among all of them, highlights include the “Purple Crowd” model, with a print of euphoric people in a stadium, and the “Landscape”, printed with mountains.
The collection will be available soon in Canada Goose stores and online on February 8th, but in the meantime, you can check out the lookbook unveiled this week below:
