A$AP Rocky Appointed as Ray-Ban’s First-Ever Creative Director
by Eduardo G.

Ray-Ban is stoked to announce that fashion visionary and entrepreneur A$AP Rocky is joining as the brand’s first-ever Creative Director. With his massive influence in music and fashion, Rocky is about to bring a whole new vibe to Ray-Ban Studios, leading killer creative projects and redefining the brand’s look and design. First up? The Blacked Out Collection, a fresh take on the Mega Icons featuring a next-level lens, dropping in April 2025.
“I have always admired Ray-Ban’s ability to stay true to its roots while continuing to evolve.”. “I am excited to be a part of this strong legacy and help develop the next chapter of such an iconic brand like Ray-Ban.” – said A$AP Rocky.

«Ray-Ban transcends the eyewear industry; it is not just a brand, it is a lifestyle. For nearly 80 years, it has been on the faces of the most iconic musicians, artists, actors and heroes, shaping and redefining the status quo, and leading cultural revolutions over time. Today, we welcome A$AP Rocky to our family; he is a visionary artist and creator. His ability to push the boundaries of the worlds he explores aligns perfectly with Ray-Ban DNA. We are reinforcing the brand’s values of innovation, pioneering spirit and courage. Let the future begin!» says Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, President of Ray-Ban.
The artist’s commitment to Ray-Ban will go beyond the design of the glasses, as he will also be in charge of directing campaigns, redesigning Ray-Ban stores and incorporating music, fashion and art into all facets of the brand.
Excited to see what’s next…
