MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon Drop a Futuristic Sportswear Collab

MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon are back with another collaboration, this time for SS25. The collection—functional, lightweight, and designed for all genders—mixes Salomon’s technical know-how with MM6’s signature playful cuts and details.
Split into two drops (April 17th and May 8th), the lineup includes everything from sleek running-inspired apparel to updated sneakers. The clothes are made for layering, blending performance with urban style. Fabrics like thin windbreaker nylon, stretchy ripstop, and seamless athletic materials keep things light and breathable, while colors like deep black and jadeite give the pieces a modern edge.
Key items include a translucent MA-1 bomber with reflective seams, oversized shorts in ripstop fabric, and logo tanks paired with high-tech running shorts. The collection also introduces Salomon’s Spectur 2 road-running shoe in monochrome black and a pale sage green, along with the XT-4 Mule in cornflower blue and sun-bleached white.
The first drop (April 17th) features ready-to-wear, the black Spectur 2, and the blue XT-4 Mule. The second (May 8th) adds the Spectur 2 in sea foam green, the XT-Mule in white/beige, and a matching backpack.
Available online and in stores, this collab is for those who want sportswear that’s as cool as it is functional.
