NAMESAKE’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, titled “OFFSHORE,” is a deeply personal exploration of family, heritage, and growth. The lookbook, shot during Paris Fashion Week, takes place in Normandy, a rugged coastal region that mirrors the collection’s themes of resilience and transformation. Against the backdrop of cliffs, harbors, and a haunting shipwreck, the collection tells a story of self-discovery and evolution.

The lookbook features a single model—a young boy who represents Richard Hsieh, the eldest of NAMESAKE’s three founding brothers, during his teenage years. Richard’s journey, from youthful rebellion to maturity, is at the heart of this collection. It serves as a tribute from his brothers, honoring his sacrifices and contributions to their family’s legacy and the growth of NAMESAKE.

Inspired by the film The Legend of 1900, the collection draws parallels between the protagonist’s life at sea and Richard’s own move from Taipei to Kaohsiung. The designs blend structured and fluid silhouettes, earthy tones, and influences from both nautical and athletic styles. Traditional tailoring is inspired by Buddhist monk robes, while performance-ready pieces reflect the toughness of sports and life at sea.
