Carlos Alcaraz and Louis Vuitton team up to create a unique trunk

Tennis fans will be delighted to discover the latest creation of Louis Vuitton: a trunk specially designed for the sport’s legend and Maison ambassador Carlos Alcaraz. The trunk, which showcases the House’s craftsmanship and heritage, is a tribute to the tennis star’s achievements and personal style.

The trunk is made of high-quality wood and covered with the iconic Monogram canvas, featuring brass hardware and rivets that have been a signature of Louis Vuitton trunks since the 19th century. The exterior also displays a hand-painted logo with a motif inspired by Alcaraz’s career, such as his initials, his country’s flag, and his Grand Slam titles.

The interior of the trunk is equally impressive, with a quilted lining and five microfiber-lined drawers with leather handles. The drawers are customized to store some of the most precious items from Alcaraz’s career, such as the outfit and racket he used to win Wimbledon in 2023. The trunk also has a large central drawer with cotton straps, reminiscent of the classic Secretary Linen trunk, where Alcaraz can keep his personal Louis Vuitton belongings. These include a blue Speedy P9 bag, a gift from Pharrell Williams, the creative director of Louis Vuitton Men’s; a pair of LV x Nike AF1 sneakers, his favorite shoes; and a selection of accessories, such as tennis balls, headphones, and a speaker.


Alcaraz expressed his satisfaction and pride for the trunk, which he said was a result of a great collaboration with the Louis Vuitton artisans. “It is designed to house some of my most special memories, particularly those of my Grand Slams, as well as some of my favorite products from the House, such as my Speedy bag and my custom LV x Nike AF1,” he said.

The trunk will be available for purchase starting from January 2024, with the option of choosing the Monogram canvas color and the interior layout. It is a must-have for any tennis lover and Louis Vuitton fan.
