MariusPetrus Fall/Winter 2015 Lookbook
by Adriano B.
MariusPetrus unveiled its Fall/Winter 2015 lookbook, featuring Jasper Coremans photographed by Christophe Coënon. The new collection entitled “RETICENCE” revolves around the idea of a war pilot setting off in to the unknown, liberating himself from dark times, in search of a better destination.
The collection takes cues from military and pilot styles, reinterpreted in the signature aesthetic, combined with the all-new seasonal prints – a range of graphic prints inspired by 1970s anti-war sentiments, utilising the ‘Make love, not war’ expression in a completely new and abstract execution. The offer features a focus on luxurious materials such as wool and cashmere, in contrast with rugged raw selvedge denim and refined cottons, in a palette dominated by blacks and blues, with crisp white and sky blue completing the aerial range.
