080 Reborn returned to the forefront of sustainable fashion with its third collection, presented during 080 Barcelona Fashion. Curated by the talented duo Fermín + Gilles, the show is a testament to the power of creativity and conscious design.
The true innovation of 080 Reborn lies in its materials. Every piece in the collection is crafted entirely from preloved garments. By sourcing textiles from textile waste classification plants and second-hand shops, the designers are giving new life to garments that would otherwise end up in landfills. By reusing preloved materials, the designers are significantly reducing the environmental impacts associated with traditional clothing production. This includes minimizing energy consumption, water usage, and greenhouse gas emissions.
One of the most appealing aspects of 080 Reborn is its emphasis on durability and versatility. These are clothes designed to be used, loved, and passed on to others.
