Ellinor Lindqvist is a fashion student from IED Barcelona. Her final thesis collection draws inspiration from childhood memories. From the moment when you are lying in bed in your pyjamas after the bedtime story has been read. In the collection the childish features are displayed in the prints of the garments. The prints are made using a drawing pad, representing a creature that is drawn in a childlike way.

The knitted garments are made in a mix of hand and machine-knit. Elements from classic sleeping wear have been used as inspiration for silhouettes and shapes. Playing around with volume and layering of the garments keeping in mind the balance between oversized and fitted pieces. The colors are focused in the contrasts between black and white, there are also metallic parts represented in the gold pieces. The garments combine a casual and dressed up feeling with a childish and playful approach.
