Han Kjøbenhavn presented his Spring/Summer 2019 collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week.

The fashion show really began outside as a sizeable crowd showed up consisting in the same uncompromising and unconventional universe that the designer embeds. Set in up and coming Northern area of Copenhagen in the dark interior of a disused warehouse a crumbling greenhouse took center stage as temperatures easily reached forty evoking a dystopian urban narrative from the start.

Models walked out in vintage-inspired pieces, reconstructed denim, hoodies, oversized suits and athletic wear that played with the ongoing trend of lux and streetwear with an upcycled aesthetic. It was the denim pieces that really caught our eye this season. This season also marked the tenth 10th anniversary of the brand, who has been a Copenhagen Fashion Week runway staple since 2013.
