ERL unveiled their Spring/Summer 2021 collection ‘Endless Summer’ following their debut in during Men’s Paris Fashion Week in January 2020. Eli Russell Linnetz was born and raised in Venice Beach, California, where he continues to design. This beach vibe is part of the world of ERL, and this season it explores both High School and collegiate iconography. “Endless Summer” bridges those two chapters, where one world is left behind while another begins.
The mood is colorful, cozy, and playful. Made-up of hoodies, shorts, pants, tanks, bags, accessories, and swimwear for the first time. The laid-back Americana spirit that is found in Venice comes across the collection. For the lookbook, Eli casted local surfers from his alma mater, Santa Monica High School, for the lookbook.
ERL is produced and distributed by DSM Paris (DSMP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDG Int’l created to nurture creative talent. Since first collaborating with Comme des Garçons Parfums in 2017, ERL is set to launch his first fragrance with the company later this year.
