Overwhelm by all the new music coming out? Here is a selection of our favorite tracks released this week, from emerging to most established artists, this is your weekly soundtrack!

Pharrell Williams – Cash in, cash out ft. 21 Savage, Tyler, The Creator

Pharrell Williams has recruited rappers 21 Savage and Tyler, the Creator for his new single “Cash In, Cash Out”. This release is pretty unclear about a potential new project but it’s sure they will perform this track during Pharrell & Phriends portion of Something in the Water festival, as both 21 Savage and Tyler, the Creator are also scheduled to perform. Pharell revealed also that Justin Timberlake, SZA, Clipse, N.O.R.E. and more will join him onstage as the fest, scheduled for June 17 through 19

Tristesse Contemporaine – Rude!

Parisian trio Tristesse Contemporaine is about to drop their next record later this year. Produced with Lewis OfMan, this project will explore a more electronic sound and the first single “Rude!” out now confirms this direction. The music video was directed by the Parisian creative duo I COULD NEVER BE A DANCER and it shows a kid raving on his own, building a new nation on the ashes of all the nations.

Jungle -Good times / Problemz

Following their 2021 album “Loving In Stereo” , UK duo Jungle revealed two exclusive feel good songs: “Good Times” and “Problemz”. This came with a double video directed by Jungle’s own J Lloyd, and Charlie Di Placido. All we can say is: be ready to dance!

Rae Sremmurd – Denial

Rae Sremmurd are back with a new single, “Denial” and it’s the first song that the brother rap duo has released together in four years. In a press statement, this track is the lead single off their upcoming new album “SREMM4LIFE”, which is supposed to be out soon.

Shygirl – Come for me

Shygirl’s debut album “Nymph” is coming out on September 30 via Because Music and she just shared “Come for Me,” another banger produced by Arca. The London-based artist’s record will also feature collaborations with Mura Masa, BloodPop®, Danny L Harle, Kingdom, Sega Bodega, and more. It includes the previously shared single “Firefly” as well.

Zakhar – Fly away

17-year-old North London rapper Zakhar just released a heartbreaking new track “Fly Away” with beats by powerhouse producers Rehum Brew, 4Play Jay (NSG) & 4PLay Kellz (NSG). The paired back instrumentals let his raw emotive vocals take center stage on this touching offering. The video was directed by Oksi Odedina, and sees Zakhar dressed in his signature puffer jacket as he explores the difficulties of managing the ups and downs in a relationship.

Lucky Love – Love

Following his debut release “Paradise” Luc Bruyère, known under his moniker Lucky Love now just dropped Love” which is clearly a love and queer anthem. This music video shows Luc and model and activist Yassin Chekkouh having the longest kiss ever in a grocery shop.
