Machine Gun Kelly – make up sex feat. blackbear
Celebrating the release of his latest album ‘‘Mainstream Sellout’’, Machine Gun Kelly revealed this week the music video for ‘‘Make up sex’’ featuring blackbear. If you are a cat lover, you will definitely love this video. Previously the punk rapper released his collaboration with Bring Me The Horizon on track ‘‘maybe’’.
Lucky Love – Paradise
We know Luc Bruyère as a model, dancer and actor. If music has always been part of his life, it’s now official and it’s under the moniker Lucky Love that he will release his debut album later this year. As an introduction, he unveiled the first single ‘‘Paradise’’ with a music video directed by Luc himself. It features a voice appearance of Béatrice Dalle and he shares a poetic performance with model and actress Zahia Dehar.
Dope Saint Jude – For you
South African rapper Dope Saint Jude brings a queer edge to the hip hop scene and her next record ‘‘Higher self’’ will be available on April 22nd. In the meantime, she unveiled ‘‘For You’’ dedicated to the memory of her mother and grandmother. In a statement, she argued that ‘‘This track is my commitment to break the cycle of suffering and to do good on the emotional, mental and spiritual investment they made in me.’’
NoSo – David
LA-based, non-binary, Korean-American artist NoSo just announced their debut album ‘‘Stay Proud Of Me’’ out 8 July via Partisan Records. To coincide with the announcement, NoSo has shared coming-of-age indie-pop anthem ‘‘David’’. This track was inspired by a dream where they were trapped in the body of a white man: finally the object of desire in the eyes of the girls whose attention they once longed for.
Maxence – Poids-lourd
French influencer, actor and singer Maxence is one of the most popular Internet personalities of our generation. His first record came out last November and he promoted it with the very aesthetic video of his track “Parfum d’été”. This week, he is back with a beautiful and melancholic video for his song ‘‘Poids-lourd’’.
Pabllo Vittar – Follow me feat. Rina Sawayama
Brazilian drag queen and singer-songwriter Pabllo Vittar is back with ‘‘Follow me’’, a new party anthem. This time, it features the Japanese pop phenomenon Rina Sawayama. The result is that they both created an already iconic anthem and collaboration.
Flume – Sirens feat. Caroline Polachek
Australian music producer Flume will release his third album ‘‘Palaces’’ next month and it includes a collaboration with Damon Albarn. After the first single ‘‘Say Nothing’’, he teamed up with Caroline Polachek for ‘‘Sirens’’. The track was made remotely during the pandemic with the help of PC Music producer Danny L. Harle. It’s futuristic and brilliant.
