With a highly interesting, original, playful and daring programme of multimedia experiences, bringing together all artistic trends and expressions of today’s queer culture, The Queer Archive Festival returns for the third consecutive year, with the support of Onassis Stegi.

The great celebration of the rich and lively queer culture returns for the third consecutive year in various places (galleries, hotels, clubs, terraces, multipurpose spaces) of the Athenian center, with the iconic Omonoia Square as its main reference point, from 12 to 22 May 2022. This year, The Queer Archive Festival grows and extends its programme into ten days. Ten days full of art exhibitions, performances, discussions, presentations, talks, gastronomy, karaoke, workshops, drag shows, parties, and much more which will be held simultaneously in different places. A festival open and accessible to all, faithful to the emergence of new talents, but also in support of established, local and international artists of the global queer art scene. The aim of The Queer Archive Festival is to promote the ever-evolving queer art scene, which reflects contemporary queer culture, praises diversity, and promotes inclusiveness. The festival is supported for the third consecutive year by the Onassis Stegi, which believes in culture as a meeting point for human rights and freedom of expression and of foremost the self-evident rights of the LGBTQI + community.
