Unsigned present new face Callum Rockall in exclusive images and interview for Fucking Young! The alarm bells are ringing at Unsigned as scout Cesar Perin thinks he may have stumbled upon the next star model of 2014. Callum (17), who’s older brother Haydn was scouted by Cesar in the summer before walking for Burberry’s SS14 show, is now destined for big things himself. With poloroids like these, it’s easy to see why. Get ready – this is the one to watch!

Name- Callum Rockall

Age- 17

Starsign- Aquarius

Hometown- Billericay, Essex

Best thing about your hometown- It’s only 20 minutes from London but has a good mix of town and countryside as well.

Best thing to do in your hometown- Billericay is pretty quiet but we have V Festival every year which is only a couple of miles away. It’s a great time to go with your mates.

How did you get into modelling/ where were you scouted- I was scouted by Cesar Perin when I went to visit the Unsigned offices. My brother Haydn was scouted by Cesar in the summer and landed the Burberry SS14 show exclusive and he was really keen for us to meet everyone. I visited the Unsigned offices with my Mum and when Cesar opened the door he was gobsmacked and said that I had to be a model too. My mum and I were both surprised. I had never considered modelling before but am already loving the experience.

Were you interested in fashion before you got into modelling- I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with new clothes and trying different ideas. I love the idea that everyone can develop their own image from fashion.

Favourite designers- I don’t really have a favourite designer. I tend to wear clothes that catch my eye straight away. However, I really like a lot of Tom Ford’s designs.

Most loved possession in your wardrobe- it’s got to be my denim jacket. It’s so comfortable and has a really cool retro feel to it.

What’s your take on the modelling industry- I’m very new to the whole industry but I get the impression that designers influence everything that ends up on the high street, that’s pretty amazing. I appreciate that you need to work hard and keep focused to succeed in the industry.

What are you most looking forward to doing being a model- I would love to have the opportunity to travel to different places and have new experiences. I’ve already met so many nice people since being scouted.

Who do you most want to model for- I would love to have the chance to model for Prada. Their clothes are classic with a cutting edge.

Who are your favourite models- My favourite models are David Gandy and Cara Delevingne. I actually go to the same school in Billericay that David Gandy went to, which I think is really cool.

What else do you do- I play a lot of football at the weekends (not so good on cold mornings) and I like fishing.

Fashion week survival tip- I think that the most important thing to do is keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Most played tune on your iPod- It would have to be Kanye West ‘Blood on the Leaves’. It’s such a great song and is so different from anything out there in the charts.

Worst job you’ve ever had- Being a paperboy, especially when it was really cold.

What do you like to do when you’re in London- I love going to Camden because it’s so multicultural and also sightseeing. I’m so lucky to have London on my doorstep.

What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done- Going for a ‘fast lap’ in a rally car. Exhilarating when someone else is driving that fast.
