Oakley’s Latitude SS25 Collection
by Adriano Batista
The Oakley® Latitude SS25 Collection looks to the future by combining nature’s inspiration with practical, innovative design. This collection focuses on adaptability, taking cues from the lightness of parachutes and the fluidity of jellyfish to create functional and versatile pieces. Each one reflects the balance of strength and agility, with designs that mirror nature’s ability to change and evolve.
The standout piece of the collection is the Latitude Flight Vest Poncho, a garment designed to meet the changing demands of the environment. Made from advanced nylon and mesh, it includes modular storage and a hidden waterproof poncho with an adjustable hood, cuffs, and hem for a secure fit. Practical features like the reflective Ellipse logo and poncho strap holder add functionality, making it a piece that adapts to the wearer’s needs in any situation.
The Latitude Flight collection also includes other adaptable items, such as Flight Cargo Pants, Flight Shell Tee, Flight Convert Shell Tee, Sling Backpack, and Aquaterra Hybrid Trainers. Each piece is designed with precision, offering performance and functionality. The color palette draws from the Earth’s natural tones, connecting the collection to its inspiration.
To complete the look, the collection pairs well with Oakley’s eyewear, including styles like Eye Jacket Redux, Clifden, Gascan, and Plantaris. The Plantaris, in a moss green hue, features a wraparound dual-lens design and a removable nose cone, adding a layer of versatility that has made it popular among creative figures.
