Photographed by young talent Axelle Degrave, face of the brand Lars Christian features in the Antwerp-based menswear brand’s latest look book. Inspired by the classic 1950’s motion picture ‘North by Northwest’ the new collection takes cues from all things American. Relaxed work wear styles blend in seamlessly with vintage sports influences and get a contemporary overhaul in the signature MariusPetrus style. Based on the iconic pursuit scene through the fields, amongst other all-American influences, the seasonal prints feature a series of detailed black and white graphics in various executions. Lightweight cottons get mixed up with selvedge denim, structured jerseys and technical nylons, creating a luxurious and contemporary take on classic men’s staples.
