LVMH announces the list of the 8 LVHM PRIZE finalists

A little over a month ago we told you all the details of the list of candidates who had made it through to the semi-final round of the prestigious
LVMH PRIZE organized by the world’s most important luxury brand conglomerate. Do you remember? Well, today through a press release we have learned that eight designers have been the lucky ones to advance to the final round of the ninth edition of the competition.

Do you want to know who they are? The finalists are:
SHLYN by Ashlynn Park, South Korea, Womenswear
ERL by Eli Russell Linnetz, USA, womenswear, menswear and non-gendered collections
KNWLS by Charlotte Knowles, United Kingdom and Alexandre Arsenault, Canada, womenswear
ROISIN PIERCE by Róisín Pierce, Ireland, womenswear
RYUNOSUKEOKAZAKI by Ryunosuke Okazaki, Japan, genderless collections
S.S. DALEY by Steven Stokey Daley, United Kingdom, men’s clothing
TOKYO JAMES by Iniye Tokyo James, Nigeria, men’s clothing
WINNIE NEW YORK by Idris Balogun, United States, men’s fashion
All of the above mentioned, and those who did not make it to the next phase, presented their collections to the jury between 4 and 9 March in the showroom and on the digital platform, lvmhprize.com, where more than 62,000 people voted.
The eight finalists will soon present their projects to the jury again for the final, which will take place at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. The LVMH Prize jury will choose the winners of the LVMH Prize and the Karl Lagerfeld Prize from among the finalists.
