LAZOSCHMIDL‘s new collection “To Us” features pieces that are partly handcrafted, altered and recycled, reflecting the process of destruction and repair that characterizes artistic expression.
The collection is inspired by the eclectic and adventurous style of the next generation of bon vivants, who are not afraid to experiment with their identity and emotions.
The pieces incorporate various manipulations, such as denim that is distressed and then embellished with Swarovski crystals and pearls, knitwear that is frayed and adorned with beaded appliqués, and merch garments that display words related to self-medication. The collection also showcases AI generated mushroom prints, symbolizing the quest for self-knowledge and transcendence.
