After the appointment in June of Viennese designer Arthur Arbesser, who took charge of Iceberg’s womenswear collections, the Italian fashion brand Iceberg has named London-based designer James Long as Creative Director for the menswear line.
“The sportswear aesthetic, the innovative approach to knitwear, the passion for prints and the employ of technical fabrics, make James Long the right creative director of Iceberg menswear collection, interpreting the DNA of the brand, made of handcrafting, research, knitwear, bold colours and playfulness; always respecting the Made in Italy.” – said Paolo Gerani, Gilmar Group CEO.
Known for his innovative approach to knitwear, Long will present his first menswear collection for Iceberg during the Fall/Winter 2016 edition of Milan Fashion Week in January 2016.
