The “Undergraduate Collection” is the capsule collection of Esmod (Berlin) second-year student Max Jolivet, inspired by both 80’s working class and classical man’s tailoring. Confronting traditional cuts with rough fabrics and chunky details, having The Specials, Toots & The Maytals and suburban cultural influences as a red thread. Here comes the combination of these worlds, their aesthetics and shapes, having either not-so-formal garments with chalked suede yoke, harness-closing, suede sleeve-patches or stronger individual pieces with refined finishings.
