Fabien Verriest is a fashion student from La Cambre (Brussels). His collection was inspired by cubism and geishas.
“Like a cubist memory, fragmented, degraded by life and fragments of memo- ries. Loves and fantasies come back in little pieces. From the Geisha to the Castiglione, there is only one step, which involves the latex doll and carnal excesses. A little sloppy in the way of the countess, sensually harshness as the geisha, efflorescing the student’s seductive pleated skirt, the man clothed in his fantasized memory.”
