Inside Soho Farmhouse’s Mediterranean Escape

Tucked away in Santa Gertrudis, surrounded by olive groves and just 20 minutes from Ibiza Town, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza redefines the island’s idea of a retreat. Far different from the Ibiza of neon-lit clubs, this is a nine-acre sanctuary where rustic Spanish finca charm meets understated Soho House cool.
Whitewashed walls, terracotta floors, and exposed wooden beams set the tone across 14 rooms, split between the main house, a converted stable, and two private villas. The vibe is relaxed elegance: linen drapes, jute rugs, and earthy tones that mirror the surrounding landscape. For those who prefer not to stroll, vintage cream Fiats ferry guests around the property, past palm trees and vegetable gardens.
At the heart of it all is the club, a social hub with high ceilings and sliding doors that open to gardens where members snack on pan con tomate and sip Rose Spritzes (rosé, elderflower, and a rosemary-olive garnish, all very Ibiza). Nearby, the Farm Restaurant serves langoustines from Formentera and Cantabrian anchovies on handmade ceramics, with tables scattered under ancient olive trees.
The Soho Health Club is a highlight, offering everything from ice baths to Omorovicza facials and a “Gold Sculpt Ritual” for full-body rejuvenation. By the pool, striped loungers and a slushie bar keep the mood effortlessly chic, while the yoga terrace invites sunrise sessions under the pines.
The property’s art collection, curated by Soho House’s Kate Bryan, spotlights Balearic talent, from Stefan Brüggemann’s nearby artist garden to Palma-based Mar Guerrero’s works. A standout is Javier Riera’s outdoor light installation, casting geometric patterns across the landscape at night.
Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is a slower, sun-drenched take on membership culture. Just olive groves, good food, and the kind of quiet luxury that feels distinctly Mediterranean.
