This past year I lost my concept of time. The holiday season appeared out of nowhere and I felt horrible that I didn’t send my holiday cards. So this year to compensate, I’ve been making Valentine’s Day cards for all my loved ones, including the librarian, baker, courier, and even the old lady at my Tabac. Luckily, I have enlisted my crafty nieces and nephews to help me get crafty (it may be my American side coming out of me) with words, paper, scissors, and lots of glitter. You can do it solo or make a little party out of it, but nothing is more heartfelt than receiving an unexpected card! And the day of love is totally overshadowed by Christmas and New Years, so let’s change that this year!
