J.W. Anderson announced that he will livestrem his FW16 menswear show on Grindr, the successful dating app geared towards gay and bisexual men.
PR Consulting took Grindr as a client last month, and since they also represent J.W. Anderson, things make more sense.
“I think fashion is a sexy platform as well, ultimately. We’re all humans, so we all have to be somewhat sexually attractive to someone. That’s the name of the game, with clothing.” – said Jonathan Anderson
Users of the app will receive a link and a code to stream the video, which will not actually play in the app itself, but in phone and tablet browsers.
